The ANC in Mpumalanga is painfully saddened by the untimely passing on of Comrade Collins Chabane who was the Minister of Public Service and Administration under President Jacob Zuma's Cabinet. Chabane died when his official vehicle crashed into a truck that was making a U-turn on the N1 highway outside Polokwane, according to the police. Chabane was with sergeant Lawrence Letoane and Lesiba Sekele when the accident happened and no one survived.
